Before you download
Do I need the app to train?
No. You can always book at the desk. The app is simply the quickest way to book, cancel and keep track of your training, and it is free for SWBJJ members.
Is it free?
Yes. The app is free to download and included in every membership. There is nothing to buy inside it except café orders.
How do I add my child?
Sign up once with your own details, then add each child under Profiles. You sign their waiver and consent digitally, set their photo permission, and book for them from the same login.
Which phones does it work on?
iPhone (iOS 16 and later) and Android (Android 10 and later). The store links on this page take you to the right one.
How do photo permissions work?
You choose, per person, whether photos can be used inside the academy, on the gym screens or online. Without permission you appear as your fighter avatar and first name only, and every change is logged.
How do I cancel a class?
Open the class and tap Cancel. Cancel before the late-cancel window and the place goes to the next person on the waitlist with no cost to you.
I am new. Where do I start?
Get started on this site and a coach will get in touch and arrange your first class. They email you an invite to the app: sign up with the same email, then join a membership or add a referral code from a friend.
Can anyone sign up?
No, the app is for SWBJJ members and families we have invited. Get started on this site first; once a coach has spoken to you, the invite comes by email. If your membership ends, the app signs you out, and you are welcome back with a new invite.
What are Raven Coins?
The club’s referral reward. Share your code from Profile; when a friend joins with it, you both get coins to spend at the café, in the shop or at the desk.
Coaches and staff?
Staff sign in to the same app in staff mode: class lists, booking and check-in rosters, the staff chat and the floor tools, kept apart from member accounts.

Get started here and the app takes it from there: join a membership, book your classes and order from the café. Café tabs up to £50 are for members.
