In shortWhat you put on your café tab is added to your Direct Debit and collected on our next collection day, unless you pay it before the cut-off by card, cash or Raven Coins.
These terms are between you, the holder of the app account, and Horsham Mixed Martial Arts Academy Limited (trading as SWBJJ, The Farm, Horsham Muay Thai, K-Cal Café and Yin Yoga with Lydia). They apply to everything you put on your café tab, in the app or at the counter.
Using your tab
- You need a Direct Debit with us to use a tab. It is the same Direct Debit you pay your membership with.
- The tab belongs to the account holder. Everything put on it, including orders for your children or for anyone else on your account, is yours to pay.
- A tab has a limit, shown in the app. Staff may decline to add to a tab, for example when it is over its limit.
- We do not add fees or interest to your tab.
When it is paid
We collect what is on your tab with your Direct Debit, as a separate payment, on our collection day: the 1st of each month. If the bank cannot collect on that day, it is collected on the next day it can.
Five days before the collection day we total your tab (the cut-off). That total is what we collect. Anything you add after the cut-off is collected the following month. The app shows the amount and the date as soon as it has been totalled, and GoCardless, our Direct Debit provider, emails you before the money is taken.
Paying before the collection day
You can pay all or part of your tab at any time before the cut-off, by card or cash at the counter, or with Raven Coins in the app or at the counter. Only what is left at the cut-off is collected. Once your tab has been totalled, ask at the front desk if you would rather pay that amount another way.
If a collection does not go through
If your bank does not pay a tab collection, or it is cancelled, the amount goes back on your tab. You can pay it at the counter, or it is collected with the next month’s tab. If your Direct Debit ends, you cannot add to your tab, and anything still on it must be paid at the counter.
Your protection
Direct Debit payments are protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee. If an amount is taken in error, you are entitled to a full and immediate refund from your bank.
Changes and questions
We may change the tab limit at any time, and these terms with notice. When the terms change, we ask you to agree to the new version before you next use your tab. Questions about your tab: ask at the front desk, call 01403 864444 or email [email protected].
