The small print, in plain English
These are the documents members and parents agree to in the app. They are published here so you can read them before your first class.
Membership terms & cancellation
Pay for the rest of this month when you join, then by Direct Debit on the 1st of each month. No minimum term and no joining fee. Cancel any time in the app: give us 48 hours before the 1st. You have 14 days to change your mind. Memberships can’t be paused, so rejoining within 12 months of leaving costs £99.
ReadInjury waiver & acknowledgement of risk
Martial arts and gym training carry a real risk of injury. Tell us about any medical condition before you train, follow your coach, train within your limits and tap early. Sparring is always your choice. Nothing here takes away your rights if we are negligent.
ReadParent / guardian consent (under 18s)
You consent to your child training, understand the risks, keep their medical details up to date, and agree to our drop-off, collection and photo rules. Our Welfare Officer is Sonny Weston and our Deputy Welfare Officer is Jayden Thompson.
ReadClub rules & code of conduct
Respect everyone, keep it clean, tap early, look after the kids and the building. Breaking the rules can mean being asked to leave a session or losing your membership.
ReadSafeguarding policy
Children and adults at risk come first. Our Welfare Officer is Sonny Weston and our Deputy Welfare Officer is Jayden Thompson. If you are worried about anyone, tell either of them or any coach. If someone is in immediate danger, call 999.
ReadPrivacy notice
What we collect, why, who processes it, how long we keep it and your rights under UK GDPR. We never sell your data, show no ads and do no tracking. You can download your data or delete your account at any time; we keep some records for longer where the law or safety requires it.
ReadCCTV policy
We use CCTV in and around the building to keep people, especially children, and property safe. Cameras never cover changing rooms, toilets or the treatment room, and do not record sound. Recordings are kept for up to 30 days unless they are needed for an incident. You can ask for footage of yourself.
ReadPhotos, filming & social media
We only show your photo, or your child’s, where you have said yes in the app, and you can change your mind at any time. Never film or photograph other people without their permission.
