Yin Yoga in Horsham with Lydia
An hour of slow, deep stretching to undo the week: long holds that open the hips and shoulders, ease the lower back and calm the nervous system. For grapplers, runners, desk-sitters and anyone who wants to move better.

Questions
Before your first class
What is yin yoga?
A slow, floor-based practice: each pose is held for three to five minutes with the muscles relaxed, so the stretch reaches the connective tissue around the hips, pelvis and spine. It is quiet, unhurried and surprisingly deep.
Do I need to be flexible, or a jiu-jitsu member?
Neither. The class is open to everyone, with props to bring the floor up to you. It is especially good for anyone who trains hard, sits at a desk, or both.
What should I bring?
Comfortable clothes you can lie down in, a mat if you have one (we have spares), and something warm for the final rest. Arrive five minutes early.
How do I pay?
Included in every membership: members book in the app. Not a member? £10 a class, paid at the desk (card or cash).
